STUDIO POLICIES
We want everyone to be able to attend our classes. In order for our schedule to run smoothly and accommodate our clients, we ask that you recognize the following policies.
CLASS CANCELLATION (BY CLIENT)/"NO SHOW" POLICY:
A late cancellation is defined as any class canceled within the 8-hour window prior to the start time of the class. A ‘no show’ is defined as any reservation that is not canceled and the client does not attend their reservation.
A late cancellation/"no show" fee of $10 will be charged to each client with a month unlimited package who late cancels or does not attend their reservation. Fees will be charged to the card on file at the end of each business week. If your card is not on file, one day will be deducted from your package. If you have a session package, you will lose that session.
After the first two charges of $10, the fee will increase to $15 per late cancellation/"no show" fee. If a client regularly (more than twice a week consecutively) late cancels or does not show up, the client will be put on suspension from signing up for classes for 48 hours. If a client must be put on suspension more than two times in one month, the client’s package will be terminated with no refund.
*If you want to change classes, you are responsible for cancelling out of the class you are changing from and letting management know so that you may be excused from a cancellation fee.
WAITLIST POLICY:
If a class is full, you may be put onto a waitlist. You will receive an email and a text informing you that you made it into the class when another client cancels his or her reservation. It is your responsibility to check your email and messages (don’t forget to check the Spam folder.). You will then need to confirm or cancel your reservation. You will not be charged a late fee. However, if you do not show up you will be charged for a "no show".
PLEASE NOTE that you will not be notified if you do not make it into the class.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
It is best to arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time to ensure enough time to get situated before the class begins. Arrival 10 minutes after class start time will risk losing reservation to standby client and/or not being permitted into the class.
WEATHER POLICY:
Our weather policy coincides with Mississippi State University’s policy. If campus closes, Midtown Pilates will close as well.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
A late cancellation is defined as any appointment canceled within the 8-hour window prior to the start time of the appointment.A ‘no show’ is defined as any appointment that is not canceled and the client does not attend their appointment. A late cancellation will be charged half the price of the service to the card on file. A ‘no show’ will be charged the full price of the service to the card on file.*This policy also applies to PRIVATE PILATES SESSION appointments.
EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY:
*Emergency cancellations include illness, illness or death of immediate family, and unforeseen circumstances pending approval by management. If you have an unavoidable emergency, please email hello@midtownpilates.com with “Late Cancel Emergency” as the subject or by phone or text to 662-722-1038 or 662-397-0520.

*Please note that communication of late cancel does not guarantee exemption of the late cancel fee.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION POLICY:
Special circumstances for termination include member moving residence more than 20 miles away, severe illness proven by a doctor’s note, or death.
