Are you “wrapping up” (lol) your Christmas shopping? Have you found yourself getting stuck with anyone on your list? Sometimes the easiest gifts can be a bottle of wine or one of those amazing tins of popcorn (you know, with then 6 different flavors?!). I always skipped the cheddar, but usually ate all of the buttered and caramel before anyone else in my family found out it!
Anyway.. this post is about health and fitness. Not popcorn. Which is why I’ve put together a guide for the person who loves and appreciates wellness. These are the kinds of gifts that keep giving! I love all of these products and am excited to give many of them to the ones I love this year!

Bone Broth Protein: We’ll be talking about the benefits of bone broth in the new year, but this is a great way to get a jump start on getting it in your diet! Throw it in your favorite shake and you’re done!
Stability Ball: This is one of the most versatile props for mat exercise! Of course, I recommend mat pilates, but it can be used for so many other things. It can be incredibly challenging as well as restorative and relaxing. It’s a prop you’ll want to have on hand in your home!
S’well: If we need to drink a lot of water, it might as well be in a good looking stainless steel bottle (other options here) that keeps water (or any beverage) cold for 24 hours or even hot for 12 hours. Put boiling water in it and take it to the office for hot tea! Which leads me to…
Yogi Teas: These make the perfect stocking stuffer! I am new to hot tea (I’ll be dedicating a post to it soon!), but I’m now a believer! I am absolutely obsessed with this one to start your day and this one for bed time! The trick is to add a bit of coconut milk after steeping. Heaven.
Fascia Blaster: This amazing tool, invented by the fabulous Ashley Black, is my new best friend. Fascia is a weblike, connective tissue that encases and weaves through our muscles and organs. We address tight muscles through stretching and massage, but fascia is a different animal. It’s more dense and can be even more problematic than muscle. The Fascia Blaster breaks up fascial adhesions and restores fascia to a healthy state! I’ve been using the Fascia Blaster for pain relief, but the other side of the coin is that it also cures “cellulite”! I put quotes around “cellulite” because it is not a syndrome or something that you “just have”. It is actually fascia constricting your most superficial layer of fat, creating the “lumpy” appearance! Ashley explains all of this (and so much more) on her site! I cannot wait to get her new book “The Cellulite Myth” in the spring! You can pre-order it here.
Other options include gift cards to their favorite fitness studio or club and activewear (love this jacket // runs large, this top //runs TTS, and these leggings //high waisted, high compression, all the heart eyes!!
